PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the proceedings pending in M.C.No.45 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings pending in M.C.No.45 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.It is seen from the records that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Hence, the grounds raised in the petition cannot be considered now. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Considering the case of the year, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur is directed to complete the entire trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The personal appearance of the petitioners 2 to 5 before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing, on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioners 2 to 5 to appear before the Court below. 5.With these directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
