JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 07.09.2004 passed in A.S.No.100 of 2001 on the file of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil(Camp at Padmanabhapuram) whereby, setting aside the Judgment and Decree, dated 17.10.2000, passed in O.S.No.2 of 1997 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellants. The appellant remained absent for the second time.
