This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused No.2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.35 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard, Mr.E.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.108 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and the case is now transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai.
