The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the Defacto complainant. He had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3, to complete the investigation earlier and file final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the Complaint of the Petitioner, F.I.R. registered in Crime No.651 of 2023 and investigation is pending. He seeks two months time to file the final report before the Court concerned.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending investigation. The Respondents are directed to complete the investigation and lay the final report before the 2/4

Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
