COMMON PRAYER: These Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent herein, in memorandum under Ref.No.13990/2009/F1, dated 05.04.2010 and consequent promotion panels dated 06.04.2010 and 07.04.2010 as the same is not in accordance with law and contrary to the provisions contained in G.O.Ms.No.309 MAWS Department, dated 24.12.1997 and directing the respondents to publish a revised seniority list in accordance with law.

No.5283 of 2010 Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Chennai in Roc.No.28618/2019/F1, dated 17.02.2020 where the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer under Tamil Nadu Municipal Engineering Service for the year 2019-2020 has been prepared, in which, the petitioners' name were found place in Sl.No.5 and Sl.No.22 respectively. Hence, he submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ petitions. 3.Recording the above submission, these Writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
