PRAYER IN TR.CMP(MD)NO.115 OF 2014:

This Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of CPC praying to withdraw the case on the file of the Family Court-I, Chennai in H.M.O.P.No.997 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court-I,Chennai and transfer the same to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
