O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for his biased attitude in Cr.No. 205 of 2014 on the file of the 4th respondent on the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.05.2014.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal on 07.12.2016 by in S.C.No.195 of 2015.
