ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12 of 2021, dated 17.03.2021, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.129 of 2014 and file a final report within a period of six months. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.129 of 2014 and filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.83 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
