The subject matter of challenge in the present writ appeal pertains to the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 11.08.2010 wherein the final selection list published by the first respondent, dated 19.12.2008, was put to challenge and the appellant also sought for consequential direction to the first respondent to publish the selection list as per merit and marks obtained by the candidates.

2. Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned standing counsel for the first respondent.

3. In the considered view of this Court, considering the nature of grievance that has been raised in this writ appeal, nothing may survive at this length of time since by now selection list would have been finalized and appointment orders would have been issued.
