ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of second respondent in I.D.No.164 of 1996, dated 13.10.2005. 2.Heard Mr.P.Chandrabose, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Karthik, learned Government Advocate For R3 and Mr.K.Sankaralingam, learned Counsel for R4 to R10. 3.It reported by the learned Counsel on both sides that the issues involved in this Writ Petition have been settled out of Court and that the petitioner Management has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- as lumpsum compensation and full and final settlement to the respondent workman herein.

4.In view of the consent view expressed by the learned Counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following terms:

"The petitioner management is directed to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- as agreed to the legal representatives of the deceased workman, upon production of legal heirship certificate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
