ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, Special Government Pleader for Petitioners, the Court made the following order :- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. Though the name of the counsel for the respondent has been printed in the cause list there is no representation on her behalf. This Court had satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
Hence, this petition is ordered and WA(MD)No.SR.28227 of 2015 is restored to file.
