ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the electric lines passing near his house's balcony is posing danger, has submitted an application to shift the electric lines and the pole. Alleging that the first respondent has not acted upon the said application, he has filed this writ petition. 2.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent / Board submitted that due to some dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, the petitioner has submitted the representation to shift the lines. The lines, which are passing near the balcony of the petitioner's house, are fully insulated service lines. It has been adequately safeguarded and it does not pose any danger. Referring the same, a reply was also made to the petitioner on 10.08.2023 and a copy of the said reply has now been furnished to the petitioner's Counsel.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the communication in the manner known to law, if still he is aggrieved. No costs.
