These appeals were tagged on with W.A(MD)Nos.372 and 373 of 2011. Though the facts are similar in both the cases and the writ petitions have been disposed of vide a common order, the learned counsel for the appellant has reported no instructions. He would state that he had returned the papers long back. No new counsel has been engaged.

Hence, the Writ Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
