O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to execute the non bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai dated 30.04.2014 against the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions from the respondents, submits that steps to be taken to execute the non bailable warrant at the earliest point of time.

4. Considering the above submission, this court directs the respondent police to take appropriate steps to execute non bailable warrant, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
