Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of sanitary Inspector, pusuant to the Memorandum in Na.Ka.No. 29017/07/J1 dated 29/05/2007 issued by the first respondent herein.

served in adjudicating the issue raised in the present Writ Appeal about extension of age limit for seeking appointment on the post of Sanitary Inspector. Accordingly, the present Writ Appeal is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
