JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2003 made in A.S.No.33 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Court and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivaganga, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 08.11.2001 made in O.S.No.129 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivaganga.
