W.P(MD)No.5563/2010 PRAYER: Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of termination dated 17.11.2008 passed by the 6th respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents 6 and 7 to reinstate the petitioner in service as Lecturer in History in the 6th respondent College viz., Sarah Tucker, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli with backwages and all attended benefits and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner w.e.f. 11.08.2008 and granting such other and further relief.

ORDER
