ORDER

This writ petition is filed by Federation of All Trade Unions of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement clause 32 of the settlement, dated 06.02.2008, by giving duty postings to the members of the union based on seniority and by following rotation.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been settled in the subsequent settlements and that, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

W.P.(MD).No.5581 of 2010 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
