ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioners are A1 to A6 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 420 and 120(b) of I.P.C., and on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, case has been registered against them in Crime No.5 of 2015. 3.Today, the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that both the parties have filed a compromise memo stating that the matter in issue between them has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

amicably resolved and therefore, the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case. 4.In the light of the said compromise memo, no purpose will be served by keeping the Criminal Original Petition pending. 5.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent, is quashed. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the record.
