O R D E R

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other investigating agency. 2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that, his representation dated 18.12.2020 to the first respondent through registered post with acknowledgement due, though was served upon the first respondent, the same was not considered by the third respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.408 of 2021 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the investigation is already transferred to the file of the fourth respondent and the petitioner has also appeared before the fourth respondent yesterday i.e, 18.01.2021 and investigation is still pending.

4.Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is (*) disposed of.
