O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for modifcation of the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate NO.IV, Madurai, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m for the period of 30 days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ladies and the offence alleged to have been committed by them is only under Section 324 IPC and they have complied with the condition from 11.06.2015. The petitioners find difficult to comply with the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 11.06.2015.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed upon the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
