Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 5 to release the Agricultural Insurance amount to the petitioner in the year 2023-2024 based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 5 to release the Agricultural Insurance amount to the petitioner in the year 2023-2024, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 2/4

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 04.11.2025 to the 1st respondent, seeking to release the balance compensation of Rs.9,00,000/-. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
