RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 465 days in representing this WA(MD) No.SR41327 of 2015 against the Order in WP(MD)No.2180 of 2011 dated 16.12.2014.

WP(MD)No.2180 of 2011:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Respondent in TP:HR:R:ADVT 289 dated 26-11-2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to appoint the Petitioner in the post of Crane Operator cum Rigger under the ExServiceman quota. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:-

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J) This Petition seeking to condone the delay of 465 days in representing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/-, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of one week from today, to the credit of Creche account, Women Lawyers' Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
