This Writ Petition is filed seeking for police protection from the respondents 4 to 15 and their men to the petitioner Bank for removing / lifting 10,421 paddy bags from 'Udaya Agro Godown'. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.63 of 2019 against three persons, who are the employees of the third respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 407, 408 and 418 of IPC.

3.In such view of the matter, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition at this stage becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AD-II) // True Copy // / /2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) Myr Note :
