This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to initiate action and to re-locate the shop, which is in the occupation of the second and third respondents. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had initiated Rent Control Proceedings before the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai, against the second and third respondents in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2020 and that by an order dated 21.08.2023, the said petition has been allowed and the second and third respondents have been directed to deposit the arrears of rent and also to vacate the subject property within a period of three months.
3.In view of the above developments, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy pursuant to the order passed by the Rent Controller Authority. 2/4
