2.The petitioner has given a matrimonial complaint against the private respondents. Since no action was taken, this writ petition came to be filed. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that FIR has been registered based on the petitioner's compliant. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
