ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first and second respondents to transfer investigation in the case in Cr.No.144 of 2014 from the third respondent to some other impartial investigating agency(owing to omission of offence under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act).

2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that in this case investigating stands completed and respondents are awaiting Additional Public Prosecutor's opinion, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed.
