JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a Memo dated 13.09.2022 furnishing the details of the legal representatives of the sole respondent, who passed away on 14.07.2022.

2. Though Memo has been filed in the year 2022 itself, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

4. Probably, the above may be the reason why the appellant is not showing any interest to prosecute the appeal. Anyhow, since no steps were taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
