When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report is filed before the learned Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Pudukottai, in C.C.No.14 of 2023. He further submit that by mistake it was endorsed on 03.02.2023 that an interim order was passed. 3.Perusal of the records shows that no interim order was passed on 03.02.2023. Thereafter also there was no such order. 2/4

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
