O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the remand order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Tiruchirappalli, dated 10.12.2021 in Crime No. 14 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120(b) IPC alleging that the respondent received a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to get seat in Post Graduate in Ramachandra University. Crl.R.C.(MD) No.40 of 2022 part of the amount. After considering the same, while remanding the respondent the learned Magistrate released her on bail with certain conditions. There are also no allegation as to the respondent failing to comply with the condition. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. This Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
