O R D E R
The petitioner seeks the relief of direction to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to act upon the order passed by the second respondent dated 18.11.2021.
2. The petitioner did not mention anything about his occupation or position. Therefore, the writ petition itself has been filed in violation of the High Court Writ Rules. As per the Rules in-force, any person filing a writ petition must disclose his personal details including the occupation and other particulars. In the absence of disclosing the identity of the petitioner, the writ petition cannot be numbered at all by the Registry. Further, the petitioner cannot seek any direction with reference to the order dated 18.11.2021 and he has no locus standi to do so as he is neither party to the order nor aggrieved from and out of the order. Therefore, this Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed with exemplary costs. When a person, who has no locus standi, is unnecessarily filing such litigation and causing prejudice to the public servant or otherwise, it can never be encouraged by the High Court. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
