ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.3 and 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 363, 294(b), 395 (NP), 468 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.237 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The prosecution case is that the accused had kidnapped the de-facto complainant in a car and threatened the de-facto complainant with knife and made the de-facto complainant to sign in the empty document and papers.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and the co-accused/A1 was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10528 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
