4.The learned counsel by referring to the earlier order passed by this Court in WP.(MD)No.29393 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, submits that similarly placed persons have approached this Court and this Court has issued a direction to the respondents to take a decision within a stipulated time and thereafter, they have paid the differential amount as directed by this Court. However, the case of the petitioner has not been considered from the year 2022. 5.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available in the record. 6.It is very unfortunate that the petitioner has submitted the representations on 03.03.2022, 06.07.2022, 04.04.2023 and 19.12.2025 that her junior is drawing more pay than her and the respondents has not taken any decision so far. Considering the attitude of the respondents and the manner in which the petitioner's request has not been considered, this Court directs the 3/5

respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2022, 06.07.2022, 04.04.2023 and 19.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
