This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the second respondent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.01.2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner and as such, he is not required in connection with any case.
