ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to follow the rotation basis while at the time of consideration of order of priority vide G.O.Ms.No.188, Personal and Administrative Reforms (Per.P) Department, dated 28.12.1976, by considering the Groups mentioned therein one after another consecutively.
2. Even at the time of filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was aged 32 years as per the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. Presently, the Writ Petitioner is aged about 45 years and over aged. Thus, the petitioner is not eligible for appointment. This being the factum, we are not inclined to adjudicate the other grounds raised by the 2/4
petitioner. If any other grievance exists, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent authorities in the manner known to law.
3. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
