ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.39 of 2020 of Thiruppachethi Police Station, Sivagangai District, and quash the same. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2020, was completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, on 29.03.2020 itself and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
