ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of the respondent Electricity Board, dated 26.04.2010, under which, the request of the petitioner seeking exemption from power cut for a further period of six months was rejected.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Electricity Board submits that in view of the power deficit during the said period, this order came to be passed. But, nothing survives in the writ petition. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The said statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board is recorded.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 13.07.2022 2/4
