O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained on the file of the second respondent police station by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in February 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the writ 2/4

petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of February 2023.
