ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that patta has been wrongly given over a oorani, the petitioner made a representation. On receipt of the same, the third respondent has asked the Revenue Inspector to file a report. Similarly, the Deputy Tahsildar was also directed in the same way. Seeking appropriate direction, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the memo submitted by the third respondent, we direct the said authority to pass appropriate orders, after getting report from the Revenue Inspector as well as from the Deputy Tahsildar. Needful steps have to be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
