This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the fourth respondent not to approve any new TASMAC bar in petitioner's properties in Survey Nos.288/2, 288/3 and 289/4 and newly subdivided Survey Nos.288/4A1B, 288/4B, 288/5 and 288/6 situated at Mandapam Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2025.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third parties are intending to establish a TASMAC shop in the subject properties which may cause great hardship to the public in the locality. In this regard, the petitioner had already made a representation to the respondents on 20.12.2025. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2025 within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
