ORDER

This matter appeared in the default list way back in the year 2011. Despite the fact that the petitioner was granted two weeks time to comply with the defects pointed by the Registry and to take necessary steps for service of notice to the respondent, the petitioner has not paid batta to the respondent and no notice was issued to the respondent till date. The order dated 02.08.2011, indicate that the writ petition would stand automatically dismissed in case the petitioner does not take steps to pay batta or comply with the defects pointed out by the Registry. Since the batta is not paid till date and the defects have not been complied with by the petitioner, there is no scope for keeping the writ petition pending.
