O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct and conclude the arbitration proceedings under Section 3(G) (5) and (6) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was referred to the national Lok Adalat and subsequently notice has been received from the respondents dated 24.08.2023 informing the petitioner that the arbitration proceedings has been commenced.

3.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conclude the arbitration proceedings under the National Highways Act, 1956, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
