This quash petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned charge sheet in P.R.C.No.28 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District and quash the same as illegal.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in P.R.C.No.28 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District has been committed to Sessions and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.159 of 2018 by the learned District Court, Theni.
