Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant, viz. Ahdul Hamid, is the adjacent owner of the the petitioner and on account of pendency of a civil dispute, he has falsely implicated the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint received from the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending in CSR No.28 of 2015.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 11.00 a.m. daily, for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
