This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer O.P.No.107 of 2022 from the Family Court, Theni to the Family Court, Tirunelveli District.

2. At the time of admission, this Court has declined to grant any interim relief to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has undergone surgery on her spinal cord, is taking care of the minor child, is employed, and depends on her parents.

4. Considering the above, I find no merits for entertaining this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. In case the petitioner wants to mediation, it is open for the petitioner to request the Family Court, Theni to refer the parties to mediation.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
