The learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindugul, insisted upon the petitioners to appear before the Court.
