This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Srinivasan, S/o.Sundharam.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, during the enquiry the petitioner shall not be harassed. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
