By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Rule 17(b) of Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline & Appeal Rules) by the Director cum Mission Director, Integrated Child Development Services Scheme, Chennai.
3. It is seen from the records that though the Enquiry Officer has conducted the enquiry on 30.07.2019 and completed it, the petitioner is yet to receive the Enquiry Report, which is essential for disposal of the disciplinary proceedings, it would be appropriate to direct the second respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner expeditiously, within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
