Seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam to dispose the O.S.No.65 of 2022, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is of the year 2022, it is pending till now without any progress. Hence, this petition. 3.Considering the oldness of the matter and considering the age of the defendant, who is the respondent in this petition, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam, strictly to comply the Official Memorandum of this Court in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics, without fail.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
