This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.57 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 07.01.2015 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, but so far, the case has not been taken on file.
